ok, so i am actually shocked that i like this new song from solange.."I decided"
it makes me just want to get up and shout hallelujah holla back...
But, i do think that a lot of people were hating on her because of her sister. I think we all need to really look into this chick. I did notice that she is playing off the fact that she was married and has a child. While she was on 106 n Wack a couple of days ago, she was asked why her album will be worth listening to,,,,and she goes into this shpill about being married and divorced before age 22, and the fact that she has a child...she even mentioned that she went to idaho to live with her husband because he was in college blah blah blah
At first they were being hush hush, now it clearly is a marketing tool...You go daddy Matthew...

First off I love the blog, keep up the good work! This comment is about the little girl dancing. It was cute...I guess, I mean my issue with it is that she is so young and her parents seem to encourage provocative dancing and having people "making it rain" all over her. I just think that is appalling at any age, but especially at a young age.
Yazzy, i feel you. But when i originally saw it, i figured it was something that the kid usually did at home and everyone thot it was cute, and she decided to do that same dance at her cousins super sweet 16 parry and of course someone had their camera phone and here we are today.
I think the main issue is the fact that her parents did not tell her that there are certain things that she should not do outside of the house....then again, i could be wrong
I am still baffled/curious thou on how she got those moves...

Don't know if I am feeling Solange yet. I guess her style still seems a bit too young for me. I love her new look, though. Very nice I must say.
